Alberto Sole

Alberto Sole has been cooking for 34 years and serving as a professional chef and caterer for 28 of them. He trained under Wolfgang Puck and has worked in some of the most celebrated restaurant kitchens across Southern California. Creator of the popular Sole Soups, Chef Sole resides in Thousand Oaks, California where he creates his fresh, homemade soups daily for his two Southern California storefront locations.
