We are giving away something — but first, let me explain. I have to admit, I am always on the search for the latest and greatest new workout. I am so passionate about fitness that I have jumped on pretty much every bandwagon that rolled my way: Tae Bo, Pilates, Balete, the Barre Method, Yogilates, Krav Magraw, Spinning, Hoopnatica … the list goes on and on. You name it and I tried it.
Certain workouts have withstood my test of time (or my ADD, that is) and have remained staples, and one of them is pole dancing. This is your own removable pole. And having a lot of knowledge about setting up studios, I have tried every pole on the market and found the best to be those sold by Lil’ Mynx.
